Statement BAoP: Children in Conflict Zones: Nothing but Victims

As an association, the BAoP advocates for the protection of all children worldwide. They should never have to pay the price for conflicts that are entirely beyond their control. It is our collective responsibility to ensure peace, disarmament, humanitarian aid, healthcare, access to education, and an environment in which they can once again be children in safety.
The BAoP recently established the “Disaster Medicine” working group, led by Dr. Els Duval and Dr. Gerlant van Berlaer, with the aim of bringing together not only expertise but also humanity around children worldwide.
